Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
Returns
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your items to us.
Terms

Items must be new , unworn , unwashed , undamaged , with tags and in original packaging .

Personalized products (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
Procedure

Send an email to fm@pianori.be stating your order number and the reason for the return .

We will email you your return label and instructions.

Print and attach the duly completed withdrawal form .

Rest of Europe : €15 (deducted from the refund)
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will send you a confirmation email.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
