Return conditions

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item to us.

Procedure

1. Send an email to fm@pianori.be by specifying your order number and the reason for return .

2. We will forward your return label as well as the instructions.

3. Print and attach it withdrawal form duly completed in the package. Click HERE to print the PDF.

Return costs

• Benelux : free returns

• Rest of Europe : flat rate contribution of €15 (deducted from the reimbursement)

Conditions of acceptance

• The articles must be new , not worn , unwashed , undamaged and returned with their labels And original packaging .

• Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return:

• You will receive a confirmation email.

• The refund will be made via the same payment method than the one used at the time of purchase, within a period of 14 days maximum .

• The initial delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer if the order was less than €300.

Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective Or damaged . To request an exchange, contact us at fm@pianori.be .
