Delivery times and costs

• Belgium & Benelux : €8 – indicative delivery time 3 to 5 working days

• Rest of Europe : €15 – indicative delivery time 5 to 15 working days

• Free delivery for any order over €300 (Benelux & Europe)

• Pre-orders : estimated delivery time of 30 days (confirmed when ordering)

Carrier

Packages are shipped via bpost or DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package online. 
  

Reception and control

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package and items.
In the event of an anomaly (missing, damaged or non-compliant item), contact us within 48 hours with a photo at fm@pianori.be We remain your contact and manage the claim directly with the carrier.
