Confirmation and preparation

From the order confirmation email, your order is prepared and then shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery times and shipping

• Carrier : bpost or DHL

• Delivery costs :

  • Belgium & Benelux: €8

  • Rest of Europe: €15

  • Free delivery from €300 (Benelux & Europe)

• Indicative deadlines :

  • Belgium: 3 to 5 working days

  • Rest of Europe: approximately 5 to 15 working days

  • Pre-orders: estimated delivery time of 30 days (to be confirmed at the time of order)

• Shipments take place Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In accordance with EU law, delivery shall take place no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, unless a pre-order has been duly notified. In the event of a delay, you may set us a new reasonable deadline; if this is not met, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Delivery address

The order will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order. Please check that your information is correct.

Receiving the package & anomalies

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package and items.
In the event of a damaged, missing or non-compliant item, please contact us ideally within 48 hours (photo provided) at fm@pianori.be  — without prejudice to your legal rights, in particular the 2-year legal guarantee.
We remain your contact and manage the claim directly with the carrier.
