The refund is made on the same payment method than the one used when purchasing.

Maximum deadline: 7 days after receipt and validation of the return.

Return costs (€15 outside Benelux) are automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

Initial delivery charges are not refunded for orders less than 300 € .
