Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pianori, your satisfaction is our priority. You benefit from a money-back guarantee within the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.

How to initiate a return?

1. Send an email to fm@pianori.be stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return label by email.
3. Place the item (and its accessories) in its original packaging and drop off the package according to the instructions received.
4. Withdrawal form: download it here , complete it and attach it to the package.

Cost of returns

Benelux: free
Rest of Europe: €15 (deducted from the refund)

Conditions of acceptance

• New, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags and packaging.
• The boxes/packaging and accessories provided must be returned.
• Personalized items (if applicable) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Refund

• After receiving and checking the return, we will send you a confirmation email.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned package.
• If your initial order was less than €300, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.
• If you have not received anything after this period, contact us: fm@pianori.be

Exchanges

• If you would like an exchange, please indicate this in your email; we will check availability.
• In case of defective or damaged item, we will replace or refund according to your preference.
